E2 Diet

I plan to start this diet Monday. Reading my new diet cookbook makes me hungry...*sigh* I got my E2 diet book today. I am already taking notes. I am hesitant to give up my cheese and liquid coffee creamer and am nervous that I will stay hungry on an all veggi diet but I have not read the whole book yet either...lol.... plan on trying to start before june 1st so I will be ready to go full force in june. #diet

Haulin' Liquid Chicken

A truck that looked like a gas truck was in front of me this week on I-10 at the Vinton, La and Tx border & it read "Haulin Liquid Chicken." After googling it a couple of times it isn't clear to me what these nice folks are haulin'. ...perhaps it is chicken parts/rendered fat or some such for use on pet food. That makes the most sense to me, although i admit many OTHER things have passed through my mind.

Anybody else?? DO i even want to know?????
